A small authentic 60cm rainstick, made from bamboo. It is beautifully painted with Aboriginal patterns in a style known as Dot painting.
Surprisingly authentic sound is achieved by gentle tilting. The sound spectrum ranges from gentle drizzle to heavy noise when clouds burst.
Length 60cm, Weight 0.4-0.5kg. Diameter 5.5-6cm.
These sounds are caused by small stones, falling through tiny gaps - a spiral staircase inside the stick.
Due to the handmade production, the pattern and color may vary slightly from the picture.
Made in a traditional workshop on the island of Bali.
