"Zougeiro" Matcha Bowl (chawan) – 430 ml, black with glazed rim
A traditional Japanese matcha bowl with a black body and a striking contrast glazed rim, reminiscent of a snow-capped peak. The flat bottom and higher walls facilitate the whipping of rich foam and comfortable drinking – ideal for tea ceremony and everyday preparation.

Before the first use, rinse the bowl with lukewarm water. For preparing matcha, we recommend water ~70-80 °C and whisking with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a fine foam is formed.
Hand wash only: rinse manually with lukewarm water; use a gentle agent if necessary. Do not put in the dishwasher.
Glaze care: avoid metallic/abrasive sponges to prevent damage to the surface finish.
Drying and storage: let it naturally dry; store in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
