A traditional Japanese matcha bowl with teal transitions. The flat base and higher walls facilitate the whisking of rich foam and comfortable drinking - ideal for tea ceremony as well as everyday preparation.

Suitable use: Whisking matcha tea with a bamboo whisk (chasen)
Before first use, rinse the bowl with lukewarm water. For matcha preparation, we recommend water at ~70–80 °C and whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) into a fine foam.
Hand washing only: rinse by hand with lukewarm water; if needed, use a gentle cleaner. Do not put in the dishwasher.
Care for the glaze: avoid metal/abrasive sponges to prevent damage to the finish.
Drying and storage: allow to dry naturally; store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
