Before the first use, rinse the bowl with lukewarm water. For preparing matcha, we recommend water at ~70–80 °C and whisking with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a fine foam is formed.
Hand wash only: rinse by hand with lukewarm water; if needed, use a gentle detergent. Do not place in the dishwasher.
Care for the glaze: avoid metal/abrasive sponges to prevent damage to the surface finish.
Drying and storage: let it dry naturally; store in a dry place.
