"Momoiro" Matcha Bowl (Chawan) – White with Pink Veining
An elegant Japanese matcha bowl with a white body and delicate pink veining. The intentionally wavy, irregular rim facilitates the whipping of rich foam and gives the bowl a unique character – a beautiful piece for both ceremony and everyday use.

Suitable Use: Whisking matcha tea with a bamboo whisk (chasen)
Before first use, rinse the bowl with lukewarm water. When preparing matcha, we recommend water at ~70–80 °C and whisking with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a fine foam is formed.
Hand wash only: rinse with lukewarm water; use a gentle detergent if necessary. Do not place in dishwasher.
Gentle care for the glaze: avoid metal/abrasive sponges to prevent damage to the finish.
Drying and storage: allow to naturally dry; store in a dry place.
