Always use the ear candle in pairs. Lie on your side, protecting your hair and skin with a protective disc. Gently insert the candle into your ear in an upright position and let it burn up to the safety mark (~±12 min). After the candle has burned down, extinguish it in water and repeat the process in the other ear.
Supervision and protection: never use alone; always with the help of another adult. Cover your hair, use a protective disc, and have a cup of water at hand.
Environment: do not use in drafts or near flammables; always hold the candle vertically and monitor the burning process.
Contraindications (manufacturer): do not use in case of ear pain, inflammation/infection, perforated or artificial eardrum, after ear surgery, in case of cysts/tumours, if allergic to ingredients, and for children under 3 years; for grommets/drains or implants apply behind the earlobe, not into the ear canal.
