Always use the ear candle in pairs. Lie on your side, protect your hair and skin with a protective disk. Gently insert the candle into the ear in a vertical position and let it burn to the safety mark (~11–12 min). After burning out, extinguish it in water and repeat the procedure on the other ear.
Supervision and protection: never use alone; always with the help of an adult. Cover your hair, use a protective disc, and have a glass of water at hand.
Environment: do not use in draught or near flammable substances; always hold the candle in a vertical position.
Contraindications: do not use in case of ear pain, inflammation, perforated eardrum, after ear surgery, with a hearing implant, in case of allergy to components, or in children without adult supervision.
