Always use the ear candle in pairs. Lie on your side, protect your hair and skin with a protective disc. Gently insert the candle into your ear in an upright position and let it burn to the safety mark (~±12 min). After the candle has burned out, extinguish it in water and repeat the process on the other ear.
Supervision and protection: never use alone; always with the help of another adult. Cover your hair, use a protective disc, and have a glass of water ready.
Environment: do not use in draughts or near flammable materials; always keep the candle upright and monitor the burning.
Contraindications (manufacturer): do not use in case of ear pain, inflammation/infection, perforated or artificial eardrum, post ear surgery, cysts/tumours, allergy to components and in children under 3 years; for grommets/drainage tubes or implants apply behind the earlobe, not into the ear canal.
