Hand wash only: use a natural dish soap, soft sponge and room temperature water. Do not put in the dishwasher.
Cold water only: copper conducts heat - use only with cold water.
Avoid acids: do not use for milk, citrus and other acidic or carbonated beverages.
Restoring shine: occasionally polish (e.g. with a slice of lemon and a pinch of salt) or with a copper polish; then rinse thoroughly and dry.
Natural patina: copper can change its shade over time - this is not a defect and does not affect functionality.
