Preparation of the beverage: Pour 3 g (≈ 1 heaped teaspoon) into a bowl, add 150–200 ml of water at 70–80 °C and whisk into foam (with a chasen or frother).
Matcha latte / cooking: As a base for latte, smoothies, ice cream or baking; mixes well with cold beverages too.
Storage: Keep well sealed, in a dry and dark place; consume within a reasonable time after opening.
