Roasted Matcha (Hojicha Powder) – roasted green tea powder
A modern interpretation of hojicha: roasted green tea finely ground into powder, prepared as easily as matcha. Roasting brings out nutty, caramel, and subtly chocolate notes – great for hojicha latte, desserts, and mixed drinks.

Preparation: whisk in water ~80 °C or directly in milk/alternative
Hojicha Latte: Stir 1-2 teaspoons of powder in 30-50 ml of warm water (~80 °C), then add ~200 ml of frothed milk (cow's or plant-based). For an iced latte, stir in a small amount of warm water and top up with cold milk and ice.
Cooking Tip: Add to cakes, ice cream, granola, or tiramisu for a subtly roasted, nutty accent.
Storage: After opening, seal well, protect from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
