Matcha TENNO – Ceremonial Quality 80 g (Uji, Japan)
Premium ceremonial matcha for the demanding – deep umami, subtle sweetness and no bitterness. First harvest leaves are stone-ground into ultra-fine powder. Thanks to the larger packaging, it is ideal for everyday pure drinking as well as ceremonial use.

Usucha (thin matcha): 1–2 g + 70–80 ml of water (70–80 °C), whisk until frothy.
Koicha (thick matcha): 3–4 g + 30–50 ml of water (70–80 °C), stir until smooth.
Freshness tip: consider storing in a cool place (dry, dark) for an 80 g package, and scoop with a clean, dry spoon.
Storage: seal tightly after opening; best consumed within several weeks to 2–3 months.
