Hojicha – Roasted Green Tea (Loose Leaf)
A traditional Japanese green tea roasted over charcoal for nutty, caramel and subtly chocolatey tones. Thanks to its lower caffeine content, it's great for the afternoon or evening – tastes excellent pure or as a hojicha latte.

Composition: 100% natural tea, no additives
Dosage: approximately 2–3 teaspoons per 500 ml of water (to taste).
Water temperature: 90–95 °C.
Brewing: 45–90 seconds; slightly extend the time for the second brew.
Hojicha latte: mix the brew with frothed milk (cow or plant-based); also excellent served cold on ice.
Storage: keep well sealed, in a dry and dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
