Product description

Organic Hojicha Latte Mix – 200 g

A modern interpretation of hojicha: finely ground roasted green tea with the sweetness of coconut sugar. It naturally has chocolate-roasted tones and is a calm, great alternative to coffee or cocoa. Simply mix in warm milk – and it's done.

Parameters

Contents: 200 g (approximately 20-40 servings depending on taste)

Composition: Hojicha powder + coconut sugar (without additives/additives)

Tea content: approx. 40 g of Japanese BIO Hojicha in a 200 g package

Dosage: approx. 7 g per serving (≈ 1 heaping teaspoon)

Taste profile: mildly chocolatey, nutty, roasted

Suitable for: cows and plant-based milk, hot and cold beverages

Certification: EU BIO (DE-ÖKO-022) & JAS

Packaging: a resealable can to preserve aroma

Use

Preparation: Pour approximately 7 g of powder into a cup, stir in warm milk (cow or plant-based) and froth with a whisk or frother. For an iced version, use cold milk and ice cubes.

Serving and sweetness: Due to a higher proportion of hojicha, one serving contains less than a level teaspoon of coconut sugar.

Storage: Keep it well sealed, in a dry and dark place. Consume within a reasonable time after opening.

Note: Hojicha naturally contains less caffeine than matcha – it is gentle on the stomach and suitable for evening consumption as well.
